came early and carefully packaged. nice toy and done exactly what the product said it would. my only problem with this product is the trigger is very hard to pull. it is a nice toy but it is too hard for my kid to use. but i would still recommend you try this out. i would say for ages 8 or up. little fingers cant pull the triggerv
